Pat McNamara

Pat has deep experience in marketing hi-tech consumer and business products. He has launched over 100 products on behalf of 30 companies while serving as a VP/Marketing and ad agency VP, Account Services. His know-how includes being a startup co-founder and, as a consultant, guiding early-stage companies to success. He’s an expert in all phases of strategic marketing planning, product/program launches, focus groups and strategic meeting facilitation. He has coached thousands of business people, physicians, and scientists to expert-level presentation skills. Pat has the unique ability to make very complex information easy to understand. Kristen Shaw

Kristen is a designer living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Originally from the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, she holds a BA in critical theory from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA.  After earning a Master of Architecture (M.Arch), she worked at Antoine Predock Architect PC, DNCA LLC and UNM.

Kristen has diverse experience in project management and design for higher educational institutions and the federal government. In working with the University of New Mexico (UNM), Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) and the Government Services Administration (GSA), she has facilitated complex management efforts with various user groups. Her roles and responsibilities at Improve Group include DIRTT coordination within the A&E project team and multiple agencies overseeing: programing, design, specifications and construction administration.  She has worked on various GSA contracts in the role of Construction Manager as well.
