Adam was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio. He has a diverse military and civilian background exposing him to a variety of organizational and operational styles.
Adam was commissioned as an Air and Missile Defense Office in the US Army shortly after graduating from BYU. He served as a Platoon leader with Joint Task Force 5-5 (C-RAM) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Brigade ADAM Cell OIC for 4/2 SBCT, Aide-de-Camp to the DCG of USAREC, S3 Air with 3/1 IBCT, BN S3 for 5-52 ADA BN, and Battery Commander for C/1-174th ADA. His military awards include 4 Army Commendation Medals, an Air Force Achievement Medal, the Combat Action Badge, and a Meritorious Unit Commendation. He also won the COL William Massello Tactics Award.
After leaving the Army Adam began a sales and consulting career within both the professional services and technology industries where he gained global experience supporting Fortune 500, SMB, and Startup clients. Outside work he enjoys powerlifting, kickboxing, and sailing.
