Justin believes things aren’t usually as difficult as they may seem and that people are more likely to succeed if we keep things simple. We like to think he’s a simple man, not simple minded.

Back in 2001, Justin began working with us as a technician in our installation department. When we expanded to Denver in 2005 he took over as the CO/WY Installation Manager. After 5 years his homeland of NM (could have been the green chile too) was calling him home so we moved him back to Albuquerque. Justin currently directs the design, installation and customer support departments for Improve Group. He also manages our major projects (foreign and domestic) and leads our internal continuous improvement efforts as our Lean guru…among other things.

When he’s not trying to figure out how to make complex things easier, you can find him spending quality time with his wife and two kids, hunting big game in the Rocky Mountains (in season of course), chasing the little white ball around the local golf course or simply taking in the clean
